Cookie Policy

This page describes the cookies used on the IDS-IR website, including the area used to request instructions from an independent escrow provider. IDS-IR does not hold those funds and does not escrow services it provides directly. A session cookie is required to stay signed in. Analytics cookies run only after you accept them on the banner at the bottom of the page.

Session cookie
That request area sets a cookie named IDS_ESCROW. It keeps your sign-in in place while you move between pages. It is removed when you close the browser. If you are signed in and do nothing, the session also ends after the idle time set by the administrator. That time starts at 90 seconds.

Cookie choice
Your choice of Accept or Essential only is stored in this browser so the banner does not appear on every page. Essential only keeps the session cookie and does not start analytics. To change the choice, clear the saved site data for this website in your browser and the banner will appear again.

Analytics
If you choose Accept, the site may load Google Analytics to count page visits. Those cookies are not required to request third-party escrow instructions. If you choose Essential only, that script is not started.
